The hotel is super clean and the Elvis-themed decor is fun. Service can be hit or miss; some staff seemed indifferent. Loved the live music in the lobby and the free peanut butter and jelly bar at night. Just be aware of the extra parking fees, which caught us off guard.

Proximity to Graceland is amazing and makes visiting so easy. The room was nice but the restaurant service was slow. Enjoyed the movie nights but noise from nearby rooms was disruptive at times.

This hotel's fantastic proximity to Graceland, just a mere 500 meters away, made it super convenient for us to stroll over and soak in the history of Elvis Presley, while also being within a 15-minute walk to the vibrant Beale Street, where we enjoyed live music and delicious food; the hotel features friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, and great onsite dining options for a nice meal after a day of touring, but clearer directions for the valet exit would definitely enhance the guest experience.

The room was spacious and offered a great view of the gardens, enhancing the overall comfort. The bed was exceptionally soft, perfect for a restful night. The temperature control worked well, keeping the room pleasantly cool. the shower had some visible repairs, which made it feel less polished. The shower head was fantastic, providing a luxurious experience, though the broken knob for switching between shower heads was inconvenient. While the room was clean, the mini fridge was too small to store leftovers, and the absence of a microwave was a bit disappointing. a relaxing stay.

The hotel boasts a charming aesthetic and comfortable beds. The rain shower is a delightful touch. Staff engagement was a positive highlight—they actively recommended local sights. The nightly movie and peanut butter sandwiches commendably add to the experience. cleanliness is a significant issue. Stains marred the carpet, and the overall hygiene fell short. Maintenance woes like flickering lights and erratic WiFi diminished comfort. Dining options were limited, and a lack of room service was disappointing. Some amenities felt neglected. Outdoor furniture, drenched from rain, becomes unusable. A strict check-in policy adds inconvenience. While the essence of the place is appealing, the execution requires substantial improvement. There’s potential; it just needs attention.

The staff was genuinely warm and attentive, making us feel right at home, and the decor was lovely, with modern rooms that caught my eye. Enjoyed the relaxing evenings outside, chatting with guests from all over. checking out was chaotic due to understaffing, and I still haven’t received my receipt after a week. The WiFi was spotty, and we faced door lock issues that soured an otherwise nice stay. With a little improvement in management and service, this place has the potential to shine even brighter.

Room was clean and spacious, plenty of space for the kids to play. The game area was fun, great for family time.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but worth it for the experience.

The Guest House at Graceland truly embraces its Elvis theme, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The spacious rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff is welcoming. I loved the unique peanut butter and jelly bar—a fun touch! Plus, the close proximity to Graceland makes it a must-visit.

The room was in terrible shape—mold everywhere, broken towel racks, and the toilet wouldn't flush. We even had no water at night! It was honestly shocking that they charged so much for such awful conditions.

The proximity to the famous attraction was convenient. The on-site restaurants served delicious meals, and the friendly staff made the dining experience enjoyable. The shuttle service to the main location was a plus for exploring the area.
The lack of daily housekeeping, additional fees for amenities, and parking, along with maintenance issues in the rooms, were disappointing. The hotel's overall condition seemed worn with scuff marks, chipped paint, and fraying carpets in the hallways.

The view from my room was stunning. The staff were super friendly and the decor made me feel like I was in Elvis's world.
Breakfast was a tough pill to swallow at thirty bucks for a self-serve buffet

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful and cozy, with comfy beds and spotless sheets. The shuttle service to the main attraction was a real lifesaver, and the grounds were well-maintained. We loved relaxing by the pool and even squeezed in a quick workout at the gym. The price we paid was totally worth it for the overall experience and convenience of being close to all the festivities.
On the downside, some staff members were a bit confused and not very helpful. We encountered a few hiccups with the service, especially during check-in.

The Gospel Music of Elvis Presley Dinner Show is a true gem for families like ours. It offers a heartwarming experience with Elvis's uplifting melodies. The Graceland's Performing Arts Camp was a delightful surprise, engaging the whole family in creative fun.
My wife says that the hotel could improve by having a designated kids' play area.

Let's start with the positives - the room size was great, and the bed was super comfy. I loved having air conditioning and a decent-sized TV to unwind after a long day. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a nice touch, with plenty of options to choose from. there were a few issues that dampened the experience. The cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired, especially in the pool and garden areas. The lack of daily bed-making and fresh linens was a bit disappointing, and the inconsistency with toiletry replenishment was frustrating. On the bright side, the shuttle service to Graceland and the airport was convenient, and the friendly drivers added a nice touch. The guesthouse personnel were helpful and friendly, which made me feel welcome during my stay. One major letdown was the poor Wi-Fi/internet connection in the room. It was a struggle trying to stream Netflix due to constant buffering and lagging. the room service prices seemed quite steep, and the quality of the food didn't always match up to the cost.

Southern flair, Elvis vibes, live music, amazing pool chairs. The shuttle bus and outdoor games were great! The room was comfy. Loved the breakfast buffet at Shake Rattle and Go. Fun for our son, relaxing for us.

Our trip to the Gospel Music of Elvis Presley Dinner Show was lit – we jammed to his best gospel tunes and the food was bomb! The EP initial lamps in the hallways were so Instagram-worthy! Totally vibing Elvis' style!
Wish they had a happening nightclub or bar on site for us young party animals.

Despite the pain of losing my mom just before our trip, my sister and I had a wonderful time at Graceland. The pool area was family-friendly, with a fire ring and heaters for comfortable relaxation. The location was perfect, right next to the Graceland RV Park and a short drive from Beale Street and other Memphis attractions. The staff was helpful, especially the shuttle driver, and the room amenities like a refrigerator and dryer were convenient. The Guest House At Graceland is a great choice for a memorable stay.

Our stay at the rock ‘n’ roll hotel was fantastic. The room had a true Elvis feel, with unique decor and comfortable amenities. The hotel's close proximity to the iconic attraction made for a memorable experience. The hospitality and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Though there were minor issues with service and dining options, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. I'd recommend this hotel.
